While the CEO and Director of Accounts work to maintain, service and grow client relationships, the Account Assistant must be a self-starter who can be relied upon to handle crucial administrative work simultaneously (i.e. intensive reconciliation of billing, purchase order creation, shipping label creation, setting up of messengers, research, entry level pricing exercises and formatting of client estimates, sample gathering and other process-driven tasks). The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all trades who is diligent, reliable, trustworthy and both technical and creative. Must be resourceful, a problem-solver and excited to take on a hefty load of responsibilities which will foster growth within an ever-evolving creative and production agency specializing in retail, experiential and all things print.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You’re a self-starter, highly motivated and not easily overwhelmed; you thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • You’re resourceful and adaptable - able to provide solutions when the obvious direction isn’t
    feasible

  • You have stellar oral and written communications skills; you’re confident speaking with high-level and high-profile clients and peers and communicate effectively and efficiently while both being friendly and professional at all times

  • You have a keen attention to detail and a drive for perfection that minimizes the chance for error on projects and ensures successful deliverables

  • You’re smart and a quick learner, able to confidently assist with any type of project that Mirror may take on – even those seemingly outside of the norm; you thrive on these expanded opportunities and appreciate the growing directions and capabilities of the company

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft and Adobe Suites, as well as Google Drive Programs (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides); proficiency in Excel is a must

  • Must possess excellent math skills; copy editing skills a plus
